pkr98win Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual account registered by a User on the pkr98win Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a User's Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money funds but exclusive of bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matching amounts awarded by pkr98win subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of PKR funds initiated by the User into their pkr98win Account.
• "Platform" means the pkr98win website, mobile interface, and all services accessible at pkr98win.app.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play commitment made using Account funds.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of eligible PKR funds from a User's Account to a verified payment method.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", completing the account registration process, or by continuing to use the pkr98win Platform after any update to these Terms & Conditions, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This acceptance is effective as of the date of registration or, where updates have been made, the date on which those updates are published.

If you are accessing pkr98win on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

3 Eligibility

Use of the pkr98win Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr98win does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an Account or place Wagers under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party unless explicitly authorised in writing by pkr98win.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of pkr98win or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement currently active on the pkr98win Platform.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the pkr98win Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.

When registering, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address.
2. Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it in the event of any change.
3. Select a unique, strong password and keep it strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
4. Immediately notify pkr98win at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

pkr98win reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage, including at the point of registration, first Withdrawal, or at any time a transaction triggers a compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the freezing of available funds pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkr98win Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all Deposits and Withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, and USDT where available.
• The minimum Deposit amount is 500 PKR. Maximum Deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits must be funded from accounts or payment instruments registered in your own legal name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• pkr98win does not charge fees on Deposits. Processing times depend on the payment provider and are typically confirmed within two (2) minutes.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum Withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Maximum daily Withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your Account settings.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for Deposits on the same Account and verified in your name.
• pkr98win aims to process Withdrawal requests within the same business day. In some cases, additional verification may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific promotion under which those funds were awarded.

6 Betting Rules

By placing a Wager on the pkr98win Platform — whether on sports events including cricket, HBL Pakistan Super League fixtures, Serie A football matches, cockfighting markets, or any casino product — you agree to the following general betting rules:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. pkr98win does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply per event, market, and game type. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds or game configuration, pkr98win reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• For live/in-play markets, Wagers may be suspended without notice during periods of significant real-time developments (e.g., a wicket falling, a goal being scored). Suspended Wagers will not be accepted.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. pkr98win does not influence individual game outcomes.
• Collusive betting, match fixing, or any form of fraudulent wagering will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr98win offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and seasonal Eid and Ramadan promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Account unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements ("playthrough") that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used to wager on games and markets specified as contributing towards the relevant wagering requirement.
• pkr98win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, unless this would be to the direct detriment of a User who has already commenced satisfying wagering conditions.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may result in Account suspension.
• Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be automatically removed from an Account on their stated expiry date.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr98win Platform:

• Use of the Platform by any person under 18 years of age.
• Registration of more than one Account by the same individual.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Any form of collusive play, match fixing, arbitrage betting across multiple Accounts, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit Platform promotions or game mechanics in bad faith.
• Funding an Account using payment methods not registered in your own name or using funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with pkr98win's systems, databases, or software.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Commercial exploitation of pkr98win's services without prior written consent is prohibited.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point, including during registration or identity verification.

9 Responsible Gaming

pkr98win is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and markets available on the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or a means to address financial difficulties.

pkr98win provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum Deposit amounts applicable to your Account.
• Session Timers: Configure time-in-session reminders and mandatory session break intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] will be actioned within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying your session duration and net wagering position.

10 Intellectual Property

This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in pkr98win's intellectual property to the User.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of pkr98win content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr98win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or scheduled maintenance windows.
• Errors in odds, game configurations, or payment processing caused by third-party systems.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• Any delay in Withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Changes to the availability of specific games, markets, or features on the Platform.

pkr98win's total liability to any individual User for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pkr98win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity or source-of-funds documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to notification.

Upon Account closure following a User breach, pkr98win may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified balances will be returned to the User via their last registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending Wagers and Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before closure is finalised.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

pkr98win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr98win will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and HBL) solely as necessary to process PKR transactions, and with compliance or regulatory authorities where required by law.

14 Amendments to This Agreement

pkr98win reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature — for example, changes to Withdrawal limits, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — Users will be notified by email at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments (for example, corrections to typographical errors, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter User rights or obligations) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. pkr98win operates with the primary intent of serving users in Pakistan and conducts its operations in compliance with applicable standards for the markets in which it operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and pkr98win, you agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with our support team at [email protected]. pkr98win will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
